We open with the aptly named “Breeze”, which drifts through the intro in a hedonistic, zen-like state only to unleash a powerful bassline that is nothing short of captivating. We rise and fall with the sultry sounds all the way to the breakdown, where a darker tinge is clearly audible enough to really add some depth, but not so much as to overpower the track. After the break that hint of darkness becomes more prominent and provides a wonderful accent to a beautifully crafted piece of music.
Then comes “Life 2 U”, a track that screams “fun-in-the-sun” all day long. From the very first bars the energy is palpable and unrelenting in its delivery. Some deliberate and well-timed staccato elements across the bassline really help ignite “Life 2 U” and elevate it from a regular piece of music to a guaranteed floorfiller.
